Provinces of the Netherlands
The Netherlands consists of 12 provinces: Drenthe, Gelderland, Groningen, Flevoland, Friesland, Limburg, Noord-Brabant, Noord-Holland, Overijssel, Utrecht, Zeeland and Zuid-Holland. As small as the country may be, each province has its own character. Not only do the provinces differ in landscape, many also have their very own dialect and customs.
